Product Overview

Foodmate's Optix machine integrates the cutting of drumsticks and deboning of upper legs. Using advanced X-ray imaging technology, each leg is scanned, and with the PLC control system, the hook height and position are automatically adjusted. The upper leg is deboned first, followed by precise cutting of the drumstick. The machine achieves high yield, offers multiple functions, and provides exceptional versatility.
