Unlike the KSL horizontal slicers, NSA/NSL vertical slicers have blades mounted vertically on the knife holder, suitable for slicing fresh, cooked, or semi-frozen meats.
- NSA Series: Continuous conveyor for infeed and outfeed.
- NSL Series: Batch processing system.
- The NSA series can be combined with the KSL horizontal slicer for 2D meat strips or 3D meat cubes.
- Vertically mounted blades perform a reciprocating motion for precise cutting.
- Minimum slice thickness: 3/5–10 mm, depending on the model.
