AF Food Technology uses advanced soft separation technology, gently pressing materials onto the perforated drum surface through a flexible belt. Under pneumatic pressure, it separates edible and non-edible components.

Compared to traditional hard separation methods, the flexible processing technique better preserves product structure, color, and fiber, significantly reduces temperature rise, and is ideal for high-quality food material processing.

The equipment has a processing capacity ranging from 500 kg/h to 4.5 t/h, with a compact design suitable for various production scales. It is applicable for meat, fruits (such as apples), vegetables (such as garlic), and depacking applications.
