DiBo HP Cleaners – Designed for Continuous Operation

To reduce farming costs, increase stocking density, and prevent disease outbreaks, livestock enterprises currently have high demands for cleaning and disinfection. Unlike other industries, although the frequency of cleaning may not be high, the intensity of each cleaning session is significant. This requires cleaning machines to be robust and capable of continuous operation for several hours.

Most cleaning machines on the market today, including many imported models, fail to meet this demand. As a result, during concentrated cleaning periods, even if workers do not take breaks, the cleaning machines often need to pause for rest. This leads to decreased utilization rates and increased procurement volumes and costs. Consequently, more and more customers are seeking sturdier and more durable cleaning machines that can operate continuously for extended periods to address this issue.

At the Qingdao Livestock Expo this past May, we introduced the DiBo high-pressure cleanersto a wide range of livestock and slaughtering enterprises. All DiBo cleaning machines are designed, manufactured, and assembled in Belgium according to high DiBo standards, using fine materials and components, resulting in robust equipment with minimal maintenance costs.

DiBo cleaning machines feature high-quality radial high-pressure ceramic triplex pumps. These pumps are larger, with a bigger oil reservoir, ensuring that the oil does not overheat during prolonged operation, which could lead to pump failure or damage. Notably, the ECN-M 160/16 model can be equipped with a high-temperature pump, allowing for 24-hour continuous operation!

Customer feedback on DiBo cleaning machines has been very positive. Many users have reported using their machines for 3 to 5 years, with some even operational for over 10 years, consistently handling daily cleaning tasks. The DiBo "Little Frog" offers exceptional quality!
